Celestia Callisto

For the past 2 years, Celestia Callisto has been working on an entirely new design. We are delighted to announce that an important space agency in Asia contracted with us to create a customized system for a new radio telescope. This design has come to fruition in the form of the first unit of a new, rotating cryogenic platform equipped with cartridges for the RF component.

Exciting changes are happening at Callisto over the months ahead and we want to give you an insight into what’s coming up.Callisto has embarked on a journey that will see its brand take on a completely new identity by the end of the year.

The Callisto team is very pleased to announce that our ISO9001 certification has been renewed by Afnor Certification.

Callisto, part of the Celestia Technologies Group, designs, manufactures and markets cryogenic LNAs to improve Ground Station Noise Temperature (NT). Thanks to our expertise in Radio Frequencies and Cryogenic Systems, we also provide a range of services for governmental and private companies, such as consultancy, engineering services, equipment design, system integration and thermal cycling test in our facilities located near Toulouse, France.

From June 23rd to 25th, Callisto Space employees took off together to the very South-Western corner of France for some R&R and team building!

France is now engaged in the process of applying for membership as a member of the SKAO (Square Kilometer Area Organization). Seven countries have already signed the International Convention which establishes the SKAO as an intergovernmental organization: South Africa, Australia, China, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom.
