Callisto is pleased to announce improved noise temperature (NT) specifications for the 26 GHz Compact Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier. Due to the introduction of latest state-of-the art Indium Phosphide HEMT technology we are able to offer Noise Temperature < 35K (0.5dB). Previous specification 50K.
Last month, the SKA Meeting on “Low energy cryogenic solutions for SKA” was hosted at Callisto premises in Villefranche de Lauragais (close to Toulouse) on March 7, 2017 with the support of the SKA France coordination.

Callisto is proud to announce that another important milestone has been reached for its VLBI products lineup. Three units of our QRFH Compact Cryogenic Receiver have been delivered to the University of Tasmania (UTAS) for its AuScope VLBI Network. The three receivers will be installed at the three AuScope telescopes across the Australia’s continent, at Yarragadee (WA), Katherine (NT) and Hobart (TAS) built in 2010.
