Callisto was pleased to welcome members of the maintenance teams from ESA Deep Space Antennas to our offices in Labastide for training on cryogenic low noise amplifiers systems. Two consecutive courses of one week duration each were organised in the first half of December. In this period four engineers from Cebreros and four engineers from New Norcia deep space stations were trained.
The final presentation of the results of a study into the use of the 26 GHz Frequency band for ESA ground stations was held at ESOC, Darmstadt, 31st October 2007
Callisto will participate in the Fourth International Workshop on Tracking, Telemetry and Command System for Ground and Space Application, TTC 2007
Callisto is proud to announce the award of a new study for the European Space Agency. The objective is to study the feasibility of modifications of the existing ESA DSA1 and DSA 2 antennas to support an additional downlink frequency around 26 GHz.
Callisto will be present later this month at ESA’s Industry Space Days 2006 from 29 to 31 May at ESTEC, the European Space Research and Technology Centre in the Netherlands
