Callisto, part of the Celestia Technologies Group, designs, manufactures and markets cryogenic LNAs to improve Ground Station Noise Temperature (NT). Thanks to our expertise in Radio Frequencies and Cryogenic Systems, we also provide a range of services for governmental and private companies, such as consultancy, engineering services, equipment design, system integration and thermal cycling test in our facilities located near Toulouse, France.
We are currently developing a new activity around RF integration services to further extend our service offer. In our bonding facilities, we can carry out wedge gold wire or ribbon type bonding on RF components up to 50 GHz.
Our offer also can include measurements of RF parameters according to our customer’s requirement and the creation of integration reports including estimations of dimensions. As well, we can integrate RF interfaces, whether they be waveguide or coaxial up to 50 GHz in aluminium or brass metallic housings. Thanks to our expertise in designing and assembling MMIC amplifiers, we can also provide support for the mechanical design of the housing and the realisation of hybrid circuits based on alumina and organic substrates with microstrip and coplanar technologies.
Our dedicated full-service laboratory can currently handle prototyping and small series productions located directly in our offices in Villefranche du Lauragais. We encourage our current and future clients to come and see our laboratory so we can discuss their needs directly, in the presence of our expert technicians.
Callisto has already integrated more than 100 LNAs and thanks to our quick turn-around time our customers usually have a quote and a feasibility study within one week. Most integration projects are typically finished in under 5 business days . Current and prior clients include the CNES, Airbus Defense and Space and the European Space Agency.
